Nut porridge

An iron-enriched and creamy banana porridge with peanut butter, perfect for young children. It's an easy way to start introducing peanuts – something research shows can reduce the risk of developing an allergy.

Portions: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 0.5 dl oatmeal
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 dl mashed banana
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop mini ferrum home iron powder

Cooking

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Cook the oatmeal with the water until the porridge is soft and creamy.
  3. Mix the cooked porridge with the banana and peanut butter.
  4. Stir in mini ferrum home iron powder just before serving.
