Porridge with blueberries & cinnamon

A delicious and smooth blueberry porridge with cinnamon – naturally iron enriched with mini ferrum heme iron powder.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 dl oatmeal
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 dl blueberries
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp flavorless coconut oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop mini ferrum home iron powder

Cooking

  1. Cook the oatmeal in the water until the porridge is soft.
  2. Place the porridge in a blender along with blueberries, cinnamon, coconut oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix until completely smooth.
  4. Stir in Mini Ferrum home iron powder just before serving.
