Porridge with blackberries & vanilla

A smooth blackberry porridge with a vanilla flavor is a great way to explore new flavors. The porridge is naturally iron-fortified with mini ferrum hem iron powder.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 dl oatmeal
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 dl blackberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp flavorless coconut oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop mini ferrum home iron powder

Cooking

  1. Cook the oatmeal in the water until the porridge is soft.
  2. Place the porridge in a blender along with blackberries, vanilla, coconut oil and salt.
  3. Mix until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in mini ferrum home iron powder just before serving.
