Nectarine & cardamom flavoured porridge sticks

Juicy porridge sticks with banana and nectarine. Naturally enriched with iron from heme iron powder.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Portions: 6 sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp flavorless coconut oil
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 6 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ripe nectarine

Cooking

  1. Mash the banana and mix with eggs, coconut oil and milk.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dry ingredients into the banana mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Peel and chop the nectarine into small pieces and fold them into the batter.
  5. Divide the batter into porridge stick molds.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely before pressing the porridge sticks out of the mold.
