Porridge sticks with apple pie flavor

Juicy porridge sticks with the taste of delicious apple pie, naturally enriched with mini ferrum hem iron powder

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Portions: 6 sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 dark red apple
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 6 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp flavorless coconut oil

Cooking

  1. Set the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Coarsely grate the apple and squeeze out excess liquid.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Stir in eggs, apple, applesauce and coconut oil until you get a smooth batter.
  5. Pour the batter into a porridge stick mold.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool before pressing the porridge sticks out of the mold.
