Porridge sticks with lemon flavor

Healthy and soft porridge sticks with lemon and apricot – naturally iron enriched with mini ferrum heme iron powder.

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Portions: 6 sticks

Ingredients

  • 1.5 dl oatmeal
  • 0.5 dl grated coconut
  • 4 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder
  • 0.5 organic lemon (zest + juice)
  • 5 dried apricots
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flavorless coconut oil

Cooking

  1. Set the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Mix oatmeal, grated coconut and heme iron powder into a fine flour.
  3. Grate the outer peel from half an organic lemon and squeeze the juice into the blender.
  4. Add the other ingredients and mix until completely smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a porridge stick mold.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
  7. Let cool before pressing the porridge sticks out of the mold.
