Porridge sticks with cinnamon bun flavor

Juicy porridge sticks with cinnamon bun flavor – naturally iron enriched with mini ferrum heme iron powder.

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Portions: 6 sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 6 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder
  • 0.5 dl almond flour
  • 2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 4 dried organic apricots
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 1 tbsp flavorless coconut oil

Cooking

  1. Set the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix the apricots together with the egg until smooth.
  4. Stir the apricot cream into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the milk and coconut oil and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a porridge stick mold.
  7. Bake for about 15–20 minutes.
  8. Let cool before pressing the porridge sticks out of the mold.
