Chocolate-flavored porridge sticks

The green sticks that always go home! Naturally sweetened and iron enriched with mini ferrum home iron powder.

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Portions: 6 sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 dates
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp flavorless coconut oil
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 6 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Cooking

  1. Set the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Blend the banana and dates into a smooth paste.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk and coconut oil into the banana mixture.
  4. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix everything together until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a porridge stick mold.
  7. Bake for about 18–20 minutes.
  8. Let cool before pressing the porridge sticks out of the mold.
