Banana slices

Nutritious Soft banana pancakes – easy to fry and iron enriched with mini ferrum home iron powder.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Portions: 4 plates

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 2 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder

Cooking

  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Fry small pancakes in plenty of butter over medium heat until cooked.
