Banana bread

A juicy banana bread, naturally enriched with mini ferrum home iron powder. This is a real favorite!

Cooking time: 10 minutes + 1 hour baking time
Portions: 8-10 slices

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow-brown bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 2.5 dl almond flour
  • 6 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder
  • 2 tbsp flavorless coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • A pinch of salt

Cooking

  1. Set the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Mash the bananas.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  4. Line a loaf pan with baking paper (wet the paper so it lays easier).
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 1 hour.
  6. Let cool before cutting.
  7. Freeze anything not eaten the same day for best shelf life.
