Apple rolls

Delicious and juicy apple rolls – perfect for small children and naturally enriched with mini ferrum home iron powder.

Cooking time: About 25 minutes
Portions: 8 rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 3 dl almond flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 50g butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Cooking

  1. Set the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Wash and coarsely grate the apple.
  4. Add the apple and remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir together to form a batter.
  5. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes to set.
  6. Wet your hands with cold water and form eight rolls.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  9. Freeze anything not eaten the same day for best shelf life.
