Shipping policy

Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details regarding the products, price, billing address, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by email at hej@miniferrum.se.

We do not offer open purchase on food products.

Delivery

Our normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–4 business days. Delivery times within the rest of the EU may be longer depending on the destination country. Please note that orders placed during weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

If a delivery delay occurs without prior notice of an extended delivery time, please contact us at hej@miniferrum.se.

For deliveries outside Sweden, additional shipping fees, customs duties, and administrative charges may apply. Please contact us at hej@miniferrum.se before placing your order if you have any questions regarding this.

We charge a fee for uncollected parcels that are returned to us by PostNord. Please note that uncollected parcels are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Parcels are delivered to the nearest pickup point based on the postal address you provide, if the shipment does not fit in your mailbox.

Prices

All prices in the shop are stated in SEK, EUR, or NOK and include applicable VAT for the respective country.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, typographical errors, or incorrect pricing information.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined.

Payment

The seller may request payment for the goods from the time the goods are dispatched from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer pays by credit or debit card, the seller may reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of ordering. The card is charged on the same day the goods are shipped.

If payment is made by invoice, the invoice is issued when the goods are shipped. The payment period is stated on the invoice and is at least 14 days from receipt. Buyers under the age of 18 are not permitted to pay by invoice.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods from the Website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the ordered goods. Food products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent to hej@miniferrum.se and must clearly state your name, address, email address, and order number.

You must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products. The products must therefore be returned well packaged and in unopened, original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of food products, as we cannot guarantee the condition of the product after a return.

Complaints and Claims

All products are inspected before being shipped. If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, remedy the issue free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.

A complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.

How to Submit a Complaint

Any defects or errors must be reported to hej@miniferrum.se, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we are unable to remedy the defect or provide an equivalent replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
