Easily bake iron-enriched snacks with our silicone finger food mould. Porridge fingers are a convenient option for breakfast or snacks and are ideal for iron enrichment when combined with our heme iron powder. They also provide great practice for children, helping them develop both their grip and independent eating skills, as well as supporting oral motor development.

All of our silicone products are LFGB-certified and tested by us through third-party analysis. LFGB certification is the highest European standard for materials in contact with food and ensures that the product is free from harmful substances such as heavy metals, BPA, and phthalates.

The mould is dishwasher safe and suitable for freezing (down to –60°C) and oven use (up to 260°C).

Tips for discolouration

Certain foods may sometimes leave stains on silicone products. This is completely harmless, but to minimise the risk of discolouration, it is recommended to rinse the product shortly after use. If stains do occur, you can try the following methods:

Boil the mould for 10–15 minutes.

Place it in direct sunlight.

Mix one part white wine vinegar with two parts bicarbonate of soda, pour the mixture over the stain, and leave it overnight before rinsing thoroughly.

Odour and taste absorption

Silicone products can sometimes absorb odours or flavours after being washed in the dishwasher. If this happens, you can try the following:

Boil the mould for 10–15 minutes.

Remove odours by “baking” the mould in the oven. Set the oven to 120°C and place it inside for around 20 minutes. Repeat if necessary until the odour has disappeared (maximum 60 minutes in total). Allow to cool and wash the mould afterwards.

Rub the mould with lemon juice and leave it for approximately 20 minutes before rinsing.
