Smoothie for the immune system

A fresh smoothie with strawberries, mango and banana – with a probiotic twist and natural iron from heme iron powder.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Portions: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup mango
  • 0.5 banana
  • 1 tbsp unpasteurized sauerkraut
  • 1–2 scoops mini ferrum home iron powder
  • 1 dl organic almond milk

Cooking

  1. Blend all ingredients into a completely smooth smoothie.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

This healthy smoothie with strawberries, mango and banana is a nutritious snack for young children from around 6 months of age. The small amount of unpasteurized sauerkraut provides probiotics and a very mild acid that is not noticeable in the taste, but can be good for little stomachs.
