Cream with blueberries & banana

A simple and nutritious smoothie with banana, blueberries and chia – enriched with mini ferrum heme iron powder to increase iron intake in young children.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Portions: 1-2 servings for small children

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 scoop mini ferrum home iron powder
  • 1 tsp flavorless coconut oil

Cooking

  1. Mix all ingredients until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a ziplock bag and serve immediately or freeze for later.
